1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies can include local or session storage. We use them to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember privacy choices, and—where you consent—measure use of the Service.
2. Technologies currently used by VoxelDreamer
Strictly necessary
- Clerk: authentication and session cookies are necessary to keep you signed in and secure the Service.
- Consent preferences: our consent-management tool records your cookie choices.
- Session storage: when you begin a build from the home page, VoxelDreamer may temporarily store the draft prompt in your browser’s session storage so it can be carried to the build page. It is removed when used or when the browser session ends.
Measurement (only with consent)
- PostHog: we use PostHog for product analytics. The app is configured to opt out of capturing when measurement consent is not given.
Cookie-free aggregate analytics
- Vercel Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance insights. Vercel describes this service as operating without third-party cookies; it is not controlled by the cookie-settings choice.
You can change your choices at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
3. Payment providers
Stripe
Stripe is an active payment processor for Stripe transactions. VoxelDreamer currently redirects a buyer to Stripe Checkout; it does not load Stripe.js on VoxelDreamer pages. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar technologies when you visit its checkout or billing pages. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Paddle
Paddle may act as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle.js and a Paddle checkout component are not currently loaded on VoxelDreamer pages. If VoxelDreamer later loads Paddle.js or embeds a Paddle component, this policy and the consent configuration will be reviewed and updated based on the technology actually used. Paddle’s current practices are described in its Privacy Notice.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, privacy preferences, or other features from working correctly. You may withdraw analytics consent through the footer without affecting necessary cookies.
