VoxelDreamer ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide the Service.

A. Personal Data

We do not directly store your password. Authentication is managed by Clerk.

  • Identity Data: When you sign up via Clerk, we receive and store your User ID to associate your generated houses with your account. We may also receive your email address for account management and communication.
  • Payment Data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store or process your full credit card details. We only store a reference to your subscription status and customer ID provided by Stripe.

B. Usage Data

  • We store the prompts and configurations you input to generate houses.
  • We specifically store the generated house structures (voxel data) associated with your User ID.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process your generations using AI providers.
  • Manage your account and subscription.
  • Respond to your comments and questions.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Clerk: For identity management and authentication.
  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Google Cloud & Vercel: For hosting, database (Neon), and computing infrastructure.
  • AI Providers (e.g., Google Gemini): We send your text prompts and build Configurations to AI models to generate the 3D structures. We do not send personal identifier data to these AI providers.
  • Inngest: For background job processing (e.g., handling lengthy generation tasks).

5. Data Retention

We retain your generated houses and account reference as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside of your country of residence (e.g., in the United States). By using the Service, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("Right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability.
