Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Payment providers

Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record only for transactions processed through Paddle. Stripe is an active payment processor for transactions processed through Stripe during the billing migration. Neither Paddle nor Stripe operates VoxelDreamer.

As an interoperability feature, VoxelDreamer supports exporting structures in standard file formats (.schem, .nbt, .litematic) that may be compatible with third-party software. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB/Microsoft.
