1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoxelDreamer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxelDreamer is an AI-powered tool that allows users to generate voxel-based architectural structures ("buildings" or "houses") from text descriptions. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate these structures based on user prompts. As an interoperability feature, generated structures can be exported in various industry-standard formats, including formats compatible with third-party voxel engines and games.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Pricing: The Service is offered under various subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Generated Content: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the building structures and schematics generated by you for personal or commercial use. This includes use within any compatible voxel engine, 3D application, or game that supports the exported file formats.
  • Service Content: The VoxelDreamer interface, code, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by copyright.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hate speech, or sexually explicit.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build competing tools.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate content.

  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the generated structures will be structurally sound, complete, or error-free.
  • No Warranty: The output is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the quality or suitability of the generated content for your specific needs.
  • Third-Party Compatibility: VoxelDreamer exports structures in standard file formats (.schem, .nbt, .litematic, 3D models). While we aim for broad compatibility with third-party software that supports these formats, VoxelDreamer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any game publisher. We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of third-party software. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Microsoft/Mojang AB.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxelDreamer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
